An anniversary pack for the 25th anniversary of the Audi RS

For its 25th anniversary, Audi's sports department has already given itself a nice gift, with a flurry of new features. But the icing on the cake will take the form of an anniversary pack, with the return of a blue color evoking the RS2 of 1994.

While the most famous Audi is probably the 1980s Quattro, the 1994 RS2 is also a milestone for the manufacturer: it marked both the birth of its sports department and that of a long line of high-performance breaks , at a time when this type of body work had a much more utilitarian vocation than today. 25 years later, the brand at les Anneaux pays tribute to this iconic model, which is increasingly popular with collectors. It offers a '25-year anniversary pack' of RS, available on the TT RS Coupe, RS4, RS5, RS6 and RS7: almost the entire current RS range, except SUVs.

A presentation inspired by The RS2

There's no need to expect power gain or improvements on the chassis. Only the presentation is modified, with matte aluminum painted parts, or black on the TT, specific logos and two-tone rims. Not to mention the return of a characteristic shade of the RS2, the blue Nogaro, which will not be imposed however. The interior is also inspired by the 1990s station wagon, with touches of blue on all models and seats combining Nappa leather and Alcantara on the TT RS, RS4 and RS5. But this "gift" is far from free, since the price of this "25-year-old rS" 'anniversary pack' ranges from 9,350 euros on the TT to 14,500 euros on the RS6 and RS7 in Germany.
